Choose how you would like to work with All Media CreativeAll Media Creative services, fees, and relationship arrangements are customized to fit your needs…with special attention to your budget, of course.
Here are some of the ways you can choose to work with us:
1. Fee for Project:
Project specifications are agreed upon and one fee is set to cover the project through completion. You may add more services by renegotiating the project fee or opting for hourly billing.
2. Hourly:
Project specifications are agreed upon and work is performed and billed on an hourly basis. Typically we provide an estimate of the hours needed to complete the project up front.
***Hourly Rate $150***
In addition to copywriting, critiquing, or brush-ups, this rate applies to all our other services including coordination of entire marketing communications projects or coordination of any of these separate pieces:
Telesales services are also available at negotiated rates.
- Design
- Printing
- Mailing
- Web Updating
- Broadcast faxing
- Broadcast emailing
- Media placement
- Audience/list selection/cleansing
- Group Presentations
3. Ongoing Relationship:Monthly hours are reserved exlusively for you, with unused hours carried over for up to six months after the contract period (minimum six months).
Monthly Time Block Options:
20 hours $2500
30 hours $3750
40 hours $5000
You may choose additional services billed on an hourly basis or restructure the monthly work schedule and fees.

Terms
Project fees are payable 50% in advance, balance upon delivery. For projects billed hourly, fees for 50% of estimated project completion hours are payable in advance, balance upon delivery.
A letter of agreement is required for all jobs.
Two rewrites are included free of charge, unless the revision is based on a change in the assignment or creative plan after first draft is delivered.
All revisions must be requested within 30 days of delivery of first draft.
Additional charges for “rush” jobs (first draft due in less than 10 business days) will be negotiated at the time of request.
